Keeler Tavern Museum & History Center is hiring for three part-time positions

Our museum is growing and we are looking for people to help support our mission-driven work! The Keeler Tavern Museum and History Center is currently recruiting for three part-time positions: Interpretation Coordinator, Museum Interpreter and Research Assistant.

The Interpretation Coordinator is an integral contributor to our reinterpretation efforts, participating in the development, delivery and prototyping of the tour. Previous experience in museum interpretation is strongly desired. This part-time position averages 20-24 hours per week, with mandatory weekend hours, and has a starting rate of $18 per hour.

The Museum Interpreter creates engaging, accessible and memorable experiences for visitors by arranging tours of our historic Museum Tavern and staffing the Visitor Center front desk. This part-time position averages 10-20 hours per week, with mandatory weekend hours, and has a starting rate of $15 per hour.

The Research Assistant is a paid internship funded by the Goldstone Family Foundation. This person will conduct and organize research in our archives, helping to document historical research carried out on the site and its former residents. This part-time position averages 15-20 hours per week for ten weeks and has an hourly rate of $15.
